In recent years, Vietnam’s accession to and signing of economic agreements such as WTO, APEC, TPP, etc and consequences of the global financial crisis of 2006 have had a great impact on businesses. In the country, the group of Equipment Manufacturing Mechanical Enterprise (TBTB) of the Beverages industry is not out of the law because of many challenges, facing many difficulties to maintain and develop. The question of how to restructure executive management comes from the changing needs of the business itself as well as from the changing business environment.

Firstly, factors arising from changes in the business environment directly affect the production and business activities of enterprises manufacturing mechanical and electrical goods such as: integration, financial crisis, cheap competition, changing demand of the market, the development of information technology etc but research enterprises have not identified the change in strategic orientation and action plan. “By joining TPP, Vietnam will become the gateway to products entering the interregional market around our country and supporting the mechanic industry to approach and improve technology.” Businesses need to quickly reorient themselves, change themselves to absorb new technology, improve competitiveness, avoid lagging behind and not keep pace with the pace of integration.
