East Asia University of Technology has welcomed the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for the period 2018 – 2022 on 14 th Nov 2018.
The representative of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) with the presence of Ms. Nguyen Thuy Minh Chau – ACCA Director, Mekong Region; Mr. Pham Quoc Hung – Deputy General Director of Grant Thornton, ACCA Member, member of ACCA Vietnam Member Committee. Welcoming ACCA Association from East Asia University of Technology: Dr. Dinh Van Thanh – Vice Rector; Dr. Nguyen Van Chung – Vice Rector in charge of training and teachers and students.
Based on the needs and desires of both sides, from 2016 up to now, East Asia University of Technology and ACCA have cooperated in training, research and career consulting in the field of finance, accounting and auditing. On the basis of initial successes, East Asia University of Technology and ACCA has agreed to formalize the cooperation in training and research by signing the Memorandum of Understanding with the term 5 year for the period 2018 – 2022.
Under witness of the two sides, teachers and students of East Asia University of Technology has signed a Memorandum of Understanding. The Memorandum of Understanding marks cooperation between the parties in the coordination of training, exchange of information, the provision of specialized materials and other materials, research cooperation, seminars, construction projects and themes for training, scientific research, technology transfer and funding agreements in the field of finance and accounting.
The signing ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding between the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and East Asia University of Technology has been successful. Formalization of cooperation by MOU with ACCA Vietnam once again affirms the prestige in the training activities of the University as well as further enhancing the process of international integration in higher education for professional accounting towards.
