Trong thời gian từ 26/6/2017-1/7/2017 tại Trường Đại học Công nghệ Đông Á, địa chỉ A2 CN8 Khu CN Từ Liêm đã diễn ra khóa học quốc tế về đào tạo các kỹ năng lãnh đạo các doanh nghiệp xã hội và các doanh nghiệp khởi nghiệp do Viên đào tạo quốc tế Na Uy – Fil. Dr. Jan-U. Sandal Institute, trường đào tạo lãnh đạo doanh nhân xã hội – Social Entrepreneur School IBS, Norway, Viện Khoa học công nghệ đào tạo Omega và trường ĐH công nghệ Đông Á đồng tổ chức. Giảng viên khóa học là GS. TS, Jan Sandal, viện trưởng viện Fil. Dr. Jan-U. Sandal – Na Uy, với kinh nghiệm 30 năm nghiên cứu, chuyển giao và đào tạo cho các học viên ở Na Uy và trên thế giới về lĩnh vực này. Khóa học diên ra trong 6 ngày với ba module tương ứng: khóa học về Doanh nghiệp xã hội (SE-03-A); khóa học về Quản lý tầm nhìn dịch vụ (SV-03-A) và khóa học Quản lý đổi mới (IM -03-A). Học viên sau khi hoàn thành tốt 3 khóa học với việc làm đồ án theo nhóm và thi vấn đáp cho cả 3 module đều được cấp chứng chỉ và bằng Diplom quốc tế của trường Social Entrepreneur School IBS.
Khóa học này cung cấp kiến thức mở rộng về các quá trình kinh doanh cho các doanh nghiệp xã hội đang hoạt động và các doanh nghiệp mới khởi nghiệp. Quản lý quá trình cải cách xã hội cần kiến thức cụ thể về những thách thức trở ngại mỗi cá nhân hoặc tổ chức gặp phải trong hoạt động kinh doanh hàng ngày của việc điều hành kinh doanh và quá trình phát triển vốn là đặc điểm của xã hội hậu công nghiệp.
