ANNOUNCEMENT

Regarding Admission for Master’s Degree Programs in 2023

Pursuant to Circular No. 23/2021/TT-BGDĐT dated August 30, 2021 by the Minister of Education and Training promulgating the Regulations on Master’s Admission and Training;
Pursuant to Decision No. 1283/QĐ-BGDĐT dated April 21, 2016 by the Ministry of Education and Training permitting East Asia University of Technology to train Master’s programs in Accounting;
Pursuant to Decision No. 1607/QĐ-BGDĐT dated May 10, 2017 by the Ministry of Education and Training permitting East Asia University of Technology to train Master’s programs in Business Administration;
Pursuant to Decision No. 186/QĐ-ĐHCNĐA dated October 12, 2021 by East Asia University of Technology promulgating the Regulation on Master’s Admission and Training;
Pursuant to the Admission Plan for Master’s Programs for the Academic Year 2023–2024 of East Asia University of Technology.

East Asia University of Technology hereby announces the 2023 Admission for Master’s Degree Programs in Business Administration and Accounting as follows:

I. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

• Applicants must be Vietnamese citizens who meet the following conditions:

1. Academic Qualifications

– Hold or be eligible for a recognized Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a relevant field.

– Graduates from other majors (Science, Engineering, Technology, etc.) may apply for Business Administration or Accounting after completing the required bridging courses.

2. Foreign Language Proficiency

Applicants must demonstrate at least Level 3 proficiency according to Vietnam’s 6-level Foreign Language Proficiency Framework, specifically:

– Hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher in a foreign language major, OR a Bachelor’s degree (or higher) program delivered primarily in a foreign language;

– Hold an equivalent foreign language certificate at Level 3 or above (as published and recognized by the Ministry of Education and Training), valid at the time of application.

3. Not under disciplinary action or criminal prosecution.
4. Physically fit for study.
5. Submit a complete application and required fees on time.

• Foreign applicants who wish to study in Vietnamese-language programs must achieve at least Level 4 in Vietnamese proficiency (according to the Vietnamese Language Proficiency Framework for Foreigners) or have graduated from a Vietnamese-taught university program, and meet the second-language requirement as regulated.

II. ADMISSION QUOTAS, LOCATIONS, FEES, AND STUDY MODES

1. Admission Quotas:

+ Business Administration: 100

+ Accounting: 50

2. Training Locations:

– Main Campus: Xuan O A Area, Vo Cuong Ward, Bac Ninh City, Bac Ninh Province.

– Training Facility: Polyco Building, Trinh Van Bo Street, Nam Tu Liem District, Hanoi.

3. Program Duration: 24 months
4. Study Mode: Part-time, Application-oriented
5. Bridging Course Fee: 750,000 VND/credit
6. Entrance Exam Fee: 1,000,000 VND/applicant
7. English Review Course Fee: 800,000 VND/credit
8. Enrollment Fee: 500,000 VND/applicant
9. Tuition Fee: 75,000,000 VND/entire course

(Scholarships will be awarded annually according to the Rector’s regulations.)

III. ADMISSION METHOD AND APPLICATION PROCESS

1. Admission Method (According to the Admission Proposal)

Admission is conducted through a combination of Entrance Examination and Academic Record Evaluation.

a) Entrance Exam: One subject – English (Written Test)

b) Academic Evaluation: Based on undergraduate transcripts or diploma appendices.

2. Application Documents

+ 01 Application Form (download from the university’s website);

+ 01 Curriculum Vitae with photo and certification by the local authority or employer (valid within 6 months);

+ 01 Certified copy of Bachelor’s degree;

+ 01 Certified copy of undergraduate transcript/diploma appendix;

+ 01 Certified copy of valid foreign language certificate;

+ 01 Certified document from the Department of Testing and Education Quality Assurance (for applicants with foreign degrees);

+ 03 photos (4×6 cm) with name, date of birth, and major noted on the back;

+ 01 Health certificate (valid within 6 months from submission date);

+ 01 Certified copy of Birth Certificate;

+ 01 Certified copy of ID card/Citizen ID.

3. Application Registration and Fee Submission

b) Application Period: From July 20, 2023 to September 5, 2023

– Application accepted during weekdays (except Saturday afternoons, Sundays, and public holidays):

Morning: 8:00 AM – 11:30 AM

Afternoon: 1:30 PM – 4:30 PM

c) Application fee may be paid via bank transfer or directly at the university.

d) Submitted documents and fees are non-refundable.
