At the seminar, the speakers delivered many practical insights revolving around three major topics:

Topic 1: “The Recruitment Market in 2026: What Are Companies Looking for in Young but Multi-Skilled Employees?” Through this topic, students directly accessed real recruitment requirements from enterprises during the digital transformation era. Experts emphasized that companies today not only seek candidates with professional knowledge but also highly value communication skills, analytical thinking, technological proficiency, and proactive learning attitudes. In particular, many real recruitment case studies were presented to help students better understand the gap between classroom theory and enterprise expectations.

Topic 2: “The Development of the HR Profession in the Digital Era”: In this topic, experts analyzed the impacts of AI, Big Data, and HRTech on the HR industry. Instead of fearing that AI would replace humans, students were encouraged to view technology as a supporting tool that optimizes work and enhances HR management efficiency. Additionally, skills such as Digital HR, Data Analytics, technological thinking, and human resource data management were highlighted as important competencies for young HR professionals in the future.

Topic 3: “Career Development Roadmap for HR Students in the Future”: Beyond sharing career trends, the speakers also helped students visualize the development path of HR careers, from being university students to becoming professional HR specialists and managers. Through practical experiences, the experts provided useful advice on skill development, gaining experience, expanding networking opportunities, and proactively seeking personal growth opportunities.

Many practical questions were confidently raised by students, such as:

– What is the current starting salary for an HR Junior position?

– Will AI replace the HR industry?

– How can fresh graduates make a strong impression in enterprises?

– What should students from other majors prepare if they want to switch to HR?
