ACADEMIC YEAR 2025

East Asia University of Technology (EAUT) is an application-oriented multidisciplinary university offering programs at Undergraduate and Postgraduate levels, with various modes of study such as Full-time and Bridging programs. Currently, EAUT offers 28 undergraduate majors and 2 postgraduate programs (Accounting and Business Administration).

1. For the academic year 2025, EAUT offers admission to the following undergraduate programs:

2. Admission Eligibility:

High school graduates or equivalent. (Applicants graduating abroad or foreign applicants must provide diploma recognition according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training.)

3. Admission Scope:

Nationwide and international applicants.

4. Admission Methods:

EAUT implements multiple admission methods as follows:

4.1. Method 1: Admission based on high school academic records.

=> Calculation: Total score of 3 admission subjects in Grade 12, or average of total scores over 6 semesters (from Grade 10 Semester 1 to Grade 12 Semester 2).

4.2. Method 2: Admission based on the National High School Graduation Exam results.

4.3. Combined admission: Based on both academic records and exam results.

4.4. Method 3: Using results from Competency Assessment Exams (Vietnam National University, Hanoi) and Thinking Assessment Exams (Hanoi University of Science and Technology).

5. Tuition and Fees:

5.1 Other fees:

– Application and transcript evaluation fee: 350,000 VND/student

– Enrollment fee: 50,000 VND/student

– Library and parking card: 100,000 VND/student

– Student ID card: 50,000 VND/student

– Health insurance: According to government regulations

– Health check-up: According to regulations

– Union membership fee: According to regulations

– Re-exam or re-study fee: Applied per subject

– Uniform: 400,000 VND

5.2 Tuition Fees:

Expected tuition fees for 2025 academic year:

Engineering and Technology: 11,500,000 – 14,500,000 VND/semester

Economics and Social Sciences: 12,000,000 – 13,500,000 VND/semester

Health Sciences: 13,500,000 – 17,500,000 VND/semester

Apart from the listed fees, the university does not collect any additional charges without official notification to students and families.

6. Application Procedure:

6.1 Required Documents:

– Application form (according to EAUT’s template)

– Certified copy of high school transcript (can be submitted later)

– Certified copy of high school diploma or temporary graduation certificate

– Copy of birth certificate

– Certified copy of ID card/citizen ID

– Two 4×6 photos (with full name and date of birth on the back)

– Youth Union membership book (can be submitted later)

– Priority certificate (if applicable)
