The journey toward success is always accompanied by perseverance, courage, and unwavering determination. For students of Eastern Asia University of Technology (EAUT) — especially those from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering — the path to international integration is no longer just a dream but is steadily becoming a reality through international cooperation programs with businesses. Recently, six outstanding students from the Automotive Engineering Technology program have officially passed the rigorous selection process and earned the opportunity to intern in Japan, marking a new chapter in their journey of learning and growth.

The six exemplary students honored in this round are: Lưu Khải Hoàn, Nguyễn Văn Đạt, Phạm Danh Hưng, Đinh Công Tráng, Phạm Tiến Khải, and Trần Văn Dương. All are students of Cohort 13, majoring in Automotive Engineering Technology. They have continuously honed both their technical knowledge and soft skills to prove themselves throughout the selection process. Behind the joy of being chosen lies countless months of effort — diligent study, disciplined training, language improvement, and hands-on practice. This achievement is not only a source of pride for the individuals involved but also a testament to the quality of education at EAUT and, in particular, the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering.
According to the plan, in January 2026, the students will officially depart for Japan — a country known as one of the world’s leading centers of technology and industry. There, EAUT students will gain real-world experience in a professional, disciplined, and innovative working environment, access modern production lines, and learn about advanced engineering processes. This valuable time abroad will help them accumulate experience, develop an international work ethic, and grow comprehensively in both competence and character.
Japan has long been renowned for its culture of discipline, diligence, and continuous innovation. For EAUT students, this internship represents a unique opportunity to observe and learn how Japanese enterprises operate — their attention to every production detail, dedication to work, and sense of responsibility. These values will undoubtedly become a precious part of their professional journey, enhancing their competitiveness in the global labor market.

Earning this opportunity was no easy feat. All six students underwent a challenging selection process that required not only solid technical knowledge but also foreign language proficiency, adaptability, and a proactive attitude. Overcoming each stage of this process clearly demonstrates their careful preparation, eagerness to learn, and strong determination. Their success also reflects the constant support from the University and the **IHRDC Center**, which has organized numerous training programs in language, interview skills, and career orientation to help students confidently take on international opportunities.
This success once again highlights the effectiveness of EAUT’s enterprise-linked training model. The University not only focuses on theoretical education but also continuously expands partnerships with domestic and international corporations to provide students with a rich and practical learning environment. These collaborations have created valuable internship opportunities, allowing students to “learn from practice,” develop in professional settings, and build well-rounded capabilities.
However, success does not mean everyone achieves their goals on the first try. Some students were not selected in this round, but the experience they gained — from interviews to challenges faced — is an invaluable stepping stone toward future growth. Every attempt, every challenge conquered contributes to personal maturity. With perseverance and continued support from the University, new opportunities will always arise for those who keep striving. At EAUT, failure is not the end, but rather the motivation to improve and prepare for greater breakthroughs ahead.

This achievement is not only a moment of pride for the six Mechanical Engineering students but also for the entire EAUT community. It reflects the University’s sustainable development strategy — a student-centered approach rooted in practical training — and affirms EAUT’s international vision. Through this, EAUT continues to nurture not only skilled engineers but also global citizens who are ready to integrate and confidently make their mark on any international stage.
In the coming time, the University and the IHRDC Center will further expand international cooperation programs to create more opportunities for students to experience overseas working environments and learn from technologically advanced countries. These six Mechanical Engineering students will be the pioneers, paving the way and inspiring younger generations to keep striving, seize opportunities, and shine.
The journey ahead in Japan will surely present many challenges, but these very challenges will help EAUT’s six outstanding students grow stronger and more confident in their abilities. When they return, they will bring back not only knowledge and experience but also a global mindset — contributing to EAUT’s expanding reputation. Congratulations to our students on this achievement! May your internship be successful, meaningful, and an inspiration to all EAUT students on their journey of integration and self-discovery.
