H-Solutions is a company specializing in mobile safety technology based on Physical AI (Artificial Intelligence integrated with physical systems). The company not only manufactures devices but also develops safety standards, focusing on low-speed mobility devices and robots such as electric wheelchairs, scooters, and service robots—systems that operate in shared spaces with humans. H-Solutions has developed Physical AI technology capable of predicting risks in unstructured environments. This serves as a core safety engine that can be expanded to robotics, logistics, and smart cities in the future.

Speaking at the ceremony, Dr. Dinh Van Thanh – President of the University – expressed his expectation that the partners will jointly implement collaborative research activities, establish laboratories, organize conferences and technical training programs, exchange experts, co-supervise student projects and theses, and develop technological solutions that benefit education and society.

Dr. Dinh Van Thanh – President of the University expressed his expectation that the cooperation between EAUT and H-Solutions and its partners will not stop at the signing ceremony but will soon be realized through concrete projects and programs.

“The University firmly believes that the cooperation between EAUT, H-Solutions, and partners within the ecosystem will not stop at the signing ceremony but will soon be realized through concrete projects and programs, bringing practical value to all parties and especially to students,” shared Dr. Dinh Van Thanh.

At the ceremony, Mr. Yang Heesoo, CEO of H-Solutions, emphasized that Vietnam—with its rapid urbanization, electrification of transportation, and high frequency of real-world usage—provides an ideal environment to validate next-generation safety technologies. Through Physical AI, the SafeVision Kit, and the H-Care platform, H-Solutions aims to transform invisible risks into data and shift safety management from reactive responses to predictive safety models.

The signing ceremony concluded successfully, creating opportunities for lecturers and students to access real-world technology practices while contributing to improving the quality of training associated with applied research. The cooperation also supports the development of safe and sustainable technology solutions that serve communities and society.

Physical AI (Physical Artificial Intelligence) is a new generation of AI that integrates machine learning intelligence with hardware systems such as sensors and robots, enabling systems to perceive, understand physical rules, and interact directly with the real world. Physical AI allows automated systems such as robots, autonomous vehicles, and smart environments to recognize, understand, and perform complex actions in real-world environments.

SafeVision Kit technology detects in real time: collision risks, vehicle rollover risks, sudden braking and battery abnormalities. The H-Care platform connects regulators, caregivers, and operators, enabling data-driven monitoring and predictive maintenance alerts. Together, SafeVision Kit technology and the H-Care platform create a closed-loop safety ecosystem.

This cooperation also provides opportunities for lecturers and students to access real-world technology practices, academic collaboration, and experimental research.
