The University was established by the Prime Minister’s Decision No. 1777/QĐ-TTg on December 9, 2008. East Asia University of Technology is a multidisciplinary institution within the national higher education system. Guided by the educational philosophy “Learning must lead to employment”, EAUT is committed to developing graduates with comprehensive disciplinary knowledge and professional skills—dynamic, resilient, and confident to integrate internationally, ready to excel in diverse, multicultural work environments.

The University offers programs at the following levels: Undergraduate and Master’s. EAUT provides 28 majors across three clusters: Engineering & Technology, Economics & Management, and Health Sciences. Master’s programs include two majors: Master of Business Administration and Master of Accounting.

With the goal of becoming one of the leading universities in Viet Nam and the region, EAUT has assembled a dedicated faculty with extensive practical experience and high academic credentials, including leading professors in teaching and research. Many Professors, Associate Professors, Doctors of Science, and PhDs have taught at major universities domestically and abroad. Currently, the University has 681 staff members, including 3 Professors, 18 Associate Professors, 87 PhDs, and 422 Masters.

EAUT is expanding academic cooperation with reputable universities and research institutes worldwide to exchange faculty and curricula, moving toward delivering programs both in Viet Nam and overseas, as well as awarding international degrees in selected majors. The University also runs international joint-training pathways such as 1+3, 2+2, 3+1, foundation programs, and study-abroad opportunities in many countries.

With the objective of training highly qualified professionals who meet real-world industry needs, EAUT implements an “ACTIVE LEARNING” approach—application-oriented practice integrated with advanced curricula currently used in Viet Nam and leading industrialized countries. Students undertake paid, hands-on internships from their first year.

EAUT’s distinctive strength is its backing and development by the POLYCO Group. With over 20 years of experience in mechanical manufacturing and supporting industries, POLYCO contributes significantly to facilities, finance, and human resources, creating optimal teaching and learning conditions at EAUT. In addition, students undertake internships at leading enterprises that are Polyco’s partners, such as Sabeco, Vinamilk, Siemens, Rockwell, Viettel, VinFast, Google…

EAUT Hanoi campus is located at the POLYCO Building, Trinh Van Bo Street, Nam Tu Liem, Hanoi—an excellent central location with convenient transportation: 4 km from My Dinh Bus Station, 3 km from My Dinh National Stadium, and close to numerous office towers and shopping centers that support student learning and development.

EAUT Bac Ninh campus is situated in the University Village, Vo Cuong Ward, Bac Ninh City, Bac Ninh Province. The University is developing facilities on an 8-hectare site, with 6,000 m² already in use. On-campus dormitories are available for students from distant areas.
