On April 13, 2026, as part of its strategy to advance education closely aligned with practical training and industry needs, Eastern Asia University of Technology successfully hosted the “EAUT Recruitment Festival 2026”, attracting 56 enterprises and offering more than 200 high-quality job opportunities for its students.
The EAUT Recruitment Festival 2026 was not merely a recruitment event. It served as a strong bridge between the University and enterprises in updating training programs to meet industry demands, enabling students not only to master theoretical knowledge but also to develop practical skills aligned with real-world requirements.
Through this, a sustainable and mutually beneficial “link” is formed among three parties: students – the University – and enterprises. Students are given direct access to the labor market, career orientation, and job opportunities even while still studying. This is a crucial foundation for building a practice-oriented education ecosystem that delivers long-term value to all stakeholders.
In his opening speech, Dr. Dinh Van Thanh – President of Eastern Asia University of Technology – expressed his gratitude to enterprises and partners for their continuous collaboration in training and developing human resources. He emphasized the importance of this partnership in bridging theory and practice, while affirming the University’s commitment to building sustainable, mutually beneficial relationships. The University also pledged to maintain the annual Recruitment Festival, creating the best conditions for enterprises to connect directly with students.
Additionally, Dr. Dinh Van Thanh shared that the University aims for deeper collaboration with enterprises through direct investment in practical training systems and laboratories on campus. According to him, “bringing enterprise technologies and real working environments into the academic space will allow students to gain early exposure, enhance their skills, and better meet labor market demands.” The University is committed to facilitating enterprise participation in the training process, from building labs and organizing hands-on training to implementing emerging technologies such as AI.
“Through this collaboration, we expect to achieve measurable outcomes within the next 2–3 years regarding the effectiveness of cooperation between enterprises and the University. This will serve as clear evidence of a practice-oriented training model that brings tangible benefits not only to students but also to businesses and society as a whole.”
The shared commitment to the “Practice – Career-oriented Education” strategy was also highlighted in the speech by Mr. Hoang Xuan Tong – Director of Sacombank Tu Liem Branch. He noted that events like the Recruitment Festival act as a “real-world laboratory” where students can experience the rigorous demands of employers at an early stage.
At the same time, support from government agencies, represented by Mr. Nguyen Vinh Truong – Head of Labor Market Analysis and Forecasting Division (Hanoi Employment Service Center), provided students with a comprehensive overview of the capital’s labor market through the Hanoi Employment Information Portal. The collaboration among the University – Enterprises – and the Government contributes to building a sustainable employment ecosystem.
This year’s event offered over 200 direct, high-quality job vacancies across various fields, including Finance – Banking, Information Technology, Engineering, Services, Healthcare, and Food Production Technology… from 65 enterprises, including strategic partners and reputable sponsors such as:
