During March 21–22, 2026, the International Conference on Intelligent Systems and Networks (ICISN 2026), hosted by East Asia University of Technology (EAUT), was successfully held. The event was not only a prestigious international academic forum but also a clear testament to the University’s organizational capacity, reputation, and strong orientation toward scientific research development.
Impressive figures affirm international academic quality
With the theme centered on “Intelligent Systems and Networks”—one of the key fields driving the digital era—ICISN 2026 attracted significant attention from the global research community.
According to the Organizing Committee’s report, the conference received 245 scientific papers from experts and scholars representing 13 countries worldwide. This remarkable figure highlights the scale and internationalization of the event. To ensure the highest academic standards, all submissions underwent a rigorous and transparent double-blind peer review process.
As a result, only 102 outstanding papers were accepted for publication in the conference proceedings and for presentation at the conference (an acceptance rate of approximately 41%). This confirms that ICISN 2026 is a highly selective academic platform, honoring research with strong practical relevance and technological innovation.
The event brought together more than 160 delegates, including authors, scientists, and administrators from over 20 prestigious institutions, research centers, and universities both domestically and internationally, forming an extensive knowledge-sharing network.

Fostering a multidimensional and in-depth academic space
A key highlight contributing to the remarkable success of ICISN 2026 was the depth of its discussion sessions. The Plenary Session set an engaging academic tone with three keynote speeches delivered by leading experts and professors from New Zealand, China, and VinUni University. These diverse perspectives from advanced education and technology systems provided a comprehensive overview of future trends in intelligent systems, artificial intelligence, and telecommunications networks.
Following the plenary session, the conference was organized into 17 parallel technical sessions and one poster session. This well-structured arrangement enabled participants to delve deeply into specialized topics, fostering dynamic discussions, idea exchange, and opportunities for international research collaboration.

Professional organization driven by the collective strength of EAUT
The success of a large-scale international conference lies not only in its academic content but also in its organization and logistics. ICISN 2026 left a strong impression on international participants, showcasing EAUT as professional, hospitable, and united.
This achievement reflects the strategic vision and close direction of the University’s Board of Management. In particular, Dr. Dinh Van Thanh, President of the University, provided continuous support, guidance, and optimal conditions in terms of facilities and financial resources, ensuring the conference met international standards.
In addition, the seamless coordination among university units played a key role in delivering a smooth event. The Office of Scientific Research excelled in academic coordination. Faculties such as Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, and the Institute of International Training and Cooperation not only contributed high-quality research papers but also actively participated in managing conference sessions.
Notably, students and staff from the Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality and the Faculty of English Language served as welcoming ambassadors, while the Admissions and Marketing Office, Administration Office, Accounting Office, and the Career Center & Enterprise Cooperation Center provided efficient logistical support, ensuring a thoughtful and professional experience for all participants.

Concluding two days of productive and engaging discussions, ICISN 2026 was not only a platform to honor new research achievements but also a solid stepping stone for East Asia University of Technology to further strengthen its position on the global science and technology map. The success of the conference reaffirms EAUT’s strong commitment to fostering a dynamic research environment, creating international academic exchange opportunities for faculty and students, and opening up strategic collaborations in the future. EAUT proudly serves as a bridge of knowledge and stands ready for upcoming international academic events.
